In June 2023, we hit a monumental milestone. We celebrated our one millionth tutoring session.

From the start, our goal was to create an online tutoring platform where real human connections matter. We wanted to make learning personal and relatable.

Behind the scenes, we've put a lot of work into making sure that our tutoring methods are grounded in the latest research about how people learn best. We poured over tons of scholarly articles and research papers to create our Pear Deck Tutor Logic Model. This is our roadmap for how tutoring sessions lead to better learning, improved academic performance, and happier teachers.
